We advise and support over 80 athletes of all levels in cycling. For the past four seasons, HPC has developed a top team for women in the mid-Atlantic region. Additionally, for 2009, we have a small but successful Masters team in Richmond, and our most promising performers are the Junior program of National Capital Velo Club. We have opted to step away from our NRC level women's team to focus on the development of a Junior/ U 23 program, at the same time maintaining a strong local presence with both a local men's and women's squad.
My vision for the Junior and espoir program is to create a top-tier U23 program for 2010 and beyond. Currently, we have a 17 year old Cat 1 and several Cat 2 juniors. We service and support clients' needs to provide Physiological Testing, Bike fitting, Biomechanical assessment, and Injury remediation.
